Bobby Awosika brings over a decade of valuation experience to his role as Director of Commercial Valuation. A Certified General Appraiser, he serves clients across the Washington, DC metro area. Uniquely, Bobby’s background includes serving in assessment offices in Maryland and Virginia, providing him with a distinct advantage in complex tax appeal cases. He holds a Master’s in Financial Management and a Bachelor’s in Accounting from the University of Maryland. His expertise covers fee simple and partial interest valuations for financing and litigation. Known for defensible, USPAP-compliant valuations , Bobby manages high-profile assignments ranging from data centers to LIHTC developments.
